Arsenic About-Face
* Re “EPA Revokes New Arsenic Standards for Drinking Water,” March 21: From Science News magazine (March 17): “Chronic exposure to small amounts of arsenic in drinking water increases a person’s risk of cancer and other diseases.” At what point does knowingly poisoning public health become a criminal act? In another context would not poisoning the water supply be considered a terrorist act?
