Divers Suspected of Stealing From Victims
Youths working without diving equipment recovered 11 bodies from a ferry that capsized in Goma, a Lake Kivu port in eastern Congo, after two professional divers were arrested for allegedly stealing from the victims.

The two professional divers were searched, and authorities found bundles of money tied to their bodies with twine, a navy officer said.
