Gym Rats: The majority of the time we spend in the gym. We [Milton and boyfriend Roland Jones, a former University of Texas basketball player who now plays professionally overseas] try to find a basketball game somewhere, or we’ll go get some shots up ourselves over at Loyola Marymount. Every blue moon we’ll play against each other. But we don’t want to end up being mad at each other all night long, so we limit our play.

Beachcomber: I really enjoy going down to the beach in Venice. I love to just watch the water. I love to stand in the water, let my boyfriend chase me around a little bit after I wet him up. But for the most part, I just enjoy the view.

Fueling the Tank: We go to Red Lobster in Beverly Hills. I love lobster, I love crab and I love shrimp, so I get the ultimate feast. I love to eat. But the next day, I’ll be doing a lot of running in the gym.

Morning Repast: If we’re not in the mood for cooking breakfast on the weekend, we’ll go to either the Serving Spoon on Centinela or IHOP. We love IHOP. At the Serving Spoon, I like the salmon croquettes with grits, eggs scrambled hard, wheat toast and hot cocoa.

Familiar Surroundings: We go to church on Sunday. I usually go to the Grace Place or Faithful Central, which is the church that bought the Forum [where the Sparks played until this season]. My first time going, I felt kind of weird, like, ‘Dang, this is where we play.’ I was envisioning the court down there on the floor where they have the pianos and the choir stand and stuff. But it’s a religious atmosphere.
