A Mother Gives Hope

Thank you for a most inspiring article about a wonderful Ukrainian woman who is truly making this world a better place (“A Born Nurturer Does It Her Way,” Nov. 6). Her beautiful photo on the front page--a spot recently reserved for Sara Jane Olson or other negative stories in our society--proved that, just maybe, our world is not so hopeless after all.
