No Injuries Reported in 3.0 Earthquake

A small earthquake shook parts of Riverside County on Sunday afternoon, but there were no reports of injuries, officials said.
The quake struck at 3:44 p.m. and had a magnitude of 3.0, according to a preliminary report from Caltech in Pasadena. The temblor was centered about 21 miles south of Palm Springs.
