Boundary Plans OKd for Special El Toro Zone
The Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved preliminary plans to set boundaries for the El Toro Redevelopment Project Area, a step toward establishing a special tax zone around the county’s planned commercial airport at the former U.S. Marine Corps Air Station.
A public hearing on the plan will be held later this year.
