Maintenance to Close Park for 2 Months

Cemetery Memorial Park will be closed for about two months while workers install a new irrigation system, it was announced this week. The park, between Poli and Main streets off Aliso Lane in Ventura, officially closed Monday and will remain off-limits to the public through Oct. 28.
Temporary fencing has been placed around the park to alert the public. The new irrigation system will be computer controlled and replaces an aging hydraulic system.
