U.S. Navy SEAL Killed in Training Exercise

A U.S. Navy SEAL died Tuesday when he fell while descending a rope from a helicopter during training exercises in El Salvador.
Cmdr. Peter G. Oswald, head of the Navy’s Puerto Rico-based Special Warfare Unit Four, died near Comalapa, 25 miles south of the capital, San Salvador, a U.S. military spokesman said. Oswald, 41, was from Bellingham, Wash.
