Judge Orders 3 Group Homes for Teens to Close

A judge ordered three group homes for troubled teens to close after workers were accused of giving juveniles drugs, alcohol and pornography.
Duck Creek Group Homes closed its Stockton operations Sunday after a judge last month ordered the closure for two years.
A state panel in September investigated allegations against workers.
