Israeli Soldiers Kill 2 Palestinian Gunmen

Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinian gunmen, including an Islamic Jihad militant, in firefights in the West Bank, the army and Palestinian security officials said.
Hamza abu Roub, 37, a senior leader of Islamic Jihad’s military wing, was killed in the town of Kabatiya, near the city of Jenin.
Four Israeli soldiers were wounded in the exchange of gunfire.
The second victim, who was slain in the city of Nablus in a firefight with Israeli troops searching for militants, was an unidentified gunman.
