Evan Moore, Brea Olinda: Had 36 points on 14-of-19 shooting with 11 rebounds in the No. 8 Wildcats’ 106-58 victory over Montebello Schurr.
Nick Young, Reseda Cleveland: Finished with 23 points, 11 rebounds and seven steals in a 74-39 victory over Palmdale.
Dino Fekaris, Encino Crespi: Scored 17 points with five three-pointers, including the winning basket with 20 seconds left in overtime, in a 65-63 victory over L.A. Cathedral.
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL
Janevia Taylor, San Bernardino: Had 30 points and three assists in a 60-58 upset of No. 8 Torrance Bishop Montgomery, which was led by Noelle Quinn’s 32 points.
Monique Diaz, Alhambra Keppel: Had 13 points and eight rebounds in the No. 25 Aztecs’ 39-36 victory over No. 19 Palmdale.
Brynn Cameron, Newbury Park: Finished with 34 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in a 77-43 victory over Rosemead.
Shana Stewart, Palm Desert: Had 20 points, 10 rebounds, eight steals and five assists in a 62-48 victory over Irvine Northwood.

Chukwudi Chijindu, La Verne Damien: Scored in the 65th minute to give the No. 10 Spartans a 1-0 victory over Etiwanda.
Joey Casio, Villa Park: Had three first-half goals in a 5-1 victory over Anaheim Western.

Megan Merritt, Woodland Hills Louisville: Scored three goals in a 5-1 victory over Glendale.
