Valley City Name
A new Valley city should be proud of evolving from a historically great city, Los Angeles. So why not retain part of that name? But North Los Angeles would suggest, erroneously, that the new city was merely a geographical segment of L.A. (letter, Feb. 14). So, repeating my suggestion made over a year ago, omit the “Los” and simply call it North Angeles.
