Two Men Arrested After Girl, 10, Is Approached
Gabriel Mendoza and Michael Frank Conley, both 19, were arrested late Monday on suspicion of trying to kidnap a 10-year-old girl who was walking home from a friend’s house.
They are scheduled to be arraigned today.
