Resident Shot to Death; Gang Link Is Suspected

An Anaheim man found lying in the street with a gunshot wound died early Tuesday, police said. Daniel Jack Kuwitzky, 22, was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he died shortly before 3 a.m., police said.
About 10:30 p.m. Monday, residents reported shots fired in the 1600 block of Crescent Avenue, said Police Sgt. Rick Martinez. Paramedics found the wounded man in a walkway. No arrests have been made, and the shooting may gang-related, police said.
