A Consistent Castro
Fidel Castro arrests 90 journalists, dissidents, union activists and others and The Times now wants American policymakers to hit the brakes on liberalized relations with Cuba (editorial, March 28). Those people must be a lot more important than the other 10 million Cubans that Castro has been harassing for the last 44 years.
