Disputed Products Pulled From Market

China’s largest maker of telecommunications equipment said it has withdrawn from the U.S. market products that Cisco Systems Inc. claims contain illegally copied software.
However, Huawei Technologies Co. said it would vigorously defend itself against San Jose-based Cisco’s allegation.
Cisco filed a patent and copyright-infringement lawsuit in January against Huawei, claiming it has illegally copied Cisco software.
Cisco says at least five patents were infringed.
Shenzhen-based Huawei said the products in contention were a small part of its overall U.S. business.
