Graffiti in Yosemite
Re “Officials Link Gang to Graffiti Vandalism Incident at Yosemite,” May 31: Tagging in our national parks should be considered an act of terrorism. If they ever catch “Chon,” “Sur” and “XIII” they should lock them up for a good long time. How the previous tagger only got 120 days in prison is beyond me. When people visit Yosemite they need to feel safe. Seeing graffiti is not going to give them a sense of security. A tagger should be given a minimum of five years.
