Police Seek Identity of Dismembered Man

Los Angeles police are seeking help identifying a man whose dismembered body was discovered early Wednesday morning in an alley in the 700 block of East 12th Street.
Several garbage bags containing body parts were discovered by passersby at about 7:30 a.m., said Det. Kelle Baitx of LAPD’s Newton Division.
The victim is described as black or possibly Latino, with a shaved head and a thin mustache. An incomplete tattoo on his chest appears to spell Bijon.
