From Times Staff Reports
Police appealed to the public Thursday for help in locating a teenager described as armed and dangerous, and believed to be somewhere in Los Angeles County.
Edward Thomas, 18, is a suspect in the killing of taxi driver Rogelio Magana, who was shot near El Segundo Boulevard and Hoover Street on May 22.
A $25,000 has been offered. At a news conference Thursday, Magana’s family pleaded for help. “We are very crushed. We can’t sleep.... Please help us find this person,” said his daughter Mayra, 18.
