* Cristen Lee, Fullerton Rosary: Had two hits and drove in two runs before stealing home in the bottom of the 10th inning for the No. 20 Royals in a 5-4 Serra League victory over Santa Margarita.

* Laura Briones, San Bernardino Cajon: Had two hits, including a three-run home run, and drove in all four runs in a 4-1 San Andreas League victory over Colton.

* Jennifer Hodrick, Westchester: Pitched a two-hitter with 14 strikeouts and hit for the cycle with four RBIs and four runs scored in a 12-0 Western League victory over L.A. Hamilton.

BASEBALL

* Mark Trumbo, Villa Park: Threw a three-hitter with eight strikeouts over six innings and had a home run for the No. 3 Spartans in a 6-0 Century League victory over Brea Olinda. Mike Vass and Nathan Bridges also homered.

* Jason Bullemer, Goleta Dos Pueblos: Shot a five-under-par 66 at Glen Annie Golf Club to lead the No. 2 Chargers to a 353-376 Channel League victory over Santa Barbara and a school record for team score.
