From Times Staff Reports
A Redlands woman accused of abandoning her 8-year-old son during a July 15 visit to Disneyland pleaded not guilty in North Justice Center in Fullerton on Wednesday to one felony count of child abuse.
Robyn Freeman, 38, is being held on $100,000 bail at Orange County Jail.
A pretrial hearing is scheduled Aug. 12.
Freeman left the theme park with her 11-year-old daughter, Shannon, but deserted her son, Aaron, police said.
The boy has been placed with relatives; the girl remains with county social services.
