Pedestrian Struck, Critically Injured by Bus

A pedestrian was in critical condition Thursday after being struck by a DASH bus in the Echo Park area, authorities said.
The accident occurred at Bellevue Avenue and Edgeware Road at 5:38 p.m., said Jim Wells of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The pedestrian’s name was not released.
