* Anton Shvarts, Laguna Hills: Shvarts was named lower-weight MVP after going 4-0 with three pins at 130 pounds to lead the Hawks, ranked No. 10 by The Times, to the championship of the Laguna Hills Invitational. Shvarts defeated Alhambra’s Jose Mauroquin, 15-8, in the division final match.
