Man Shot After Firing Pellet Gun at Officers
From Times Staff Reports
A Buena Park man who was fighting with his wife was shot in the leg by an officer early Wednesday after authorities say he fired a pellet gun at police.
Cesar Salazar Jr., 28, was taken to a hospital. He has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, said Sgt. James Banks.
The Orange County district attorney’s office is investigating the incident.
