Uncle Sam Wants You -- for a Free Nose Job

The Army once lured recruits with the slogan “Be All You Can Be.” But now it’s hoping free plastic surgery, including breast enlargements, will attract them.
The New Yorker magazine reports in its July 26 edition that military personnel can get face-lifts, breast enlargements, liposuction and nose jobs -- something the military says helps surgeons practice their skills.
“Anyone wearing a uniform is eligible,” said Dr. Bob Lyons, chief of plastic surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas.
