Government Denies Reports About Farmland

Zimbabwe denied that it planned to nationalize all farmland in the country, saying only plots seized from whites under land laws were affected.
The official Herald newspaper had quoted Land Reform Minister John Nkomo last week as saying the government had stepped up efforts to acquire more productive farmland with the aim of nationalizing all of it.
