100 Feared Dead Aboard Ferry Missing in Cyclone

About 100 people were feared dead after a ferry disappeared in a cyclone off the Indian Ocean island of Madagascar. The ferry failed to reach port on schedule Monday, said shipping companies in the town of Mahajanga.
Madagascar’s state radio said 25 people were known dead in Cyclone Gafilo and at least 50,000 were left homeless.
