Thrown Motorcyclist Hit by Several Cars, Dies

A motorcyclist who was thrown from his bike on the Riverside Freeway was killed when several cars ran over him, officials said Thursday.
Christopher Forest O’Neil, 25, of Costa Mesa was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday.
O’Neil, who was wearing a helmet, was driving his 2002 Suzuki in the westbound lanes near Imperial Highway when he lost control of the bike, California Highway Patrol officials said.
