Man Is Convicted of Kidnapping Family

A jury convicted a man Tuesday of kidnapping the wife and daughter of a car dealership employee as part of a business dispute in 2003.
Kaveh Kamyab, believed to be the mastermind of the plot, faces multiple life sentences.
Kidnappers forced their way into Jean Antoun’s Woodland Hills home April 17, 2003, took his wife and daughter at gunpoint and demanded that he pay $200,000 in ransom. Police later rescued his wife and daughter from a San Fernando Valley storage facility.
