3 Children Hurt by Motorcycle in Parade
From Times Wire Services
A motorcycle in a parade in New Haven lost control and crashed into the crowd, seriously injuring three children.
Two 11-year-old girls and a 7-year-old boy were in critical but stable condition at a local hospital, according to broadcast reports.
Witnesses said the rider was doing a stunt with the front tire off the ground when he lost control and the bike went into the crowd, landing on the children.
Police were investigating, but said no charges had been filed.
