Truck Crosses Median, Kills 10 in Fiery Crash
From Times Wire Reports
A tractor-trailer crossed a highway median and plowed into two other vehicles during the afternoon rush hour, triggering a fiery pileup in which 10 people, including five members of one family, were killed. Three others were injured.
Fire Capt. Doug Blackburn said the rig was traveling north on U.S. Highway 75 through Sherman when it crossed the median and crashed into a pickup truck and then into a sport utility vehicle.
“The vehicles are burned pretty bad,” Blackburn said.
