Baseball Passion, Thy Name Is Hud
So the Angels have declined to exercise an option on the contract of Rex Hudler but will evaluate him at the end of the season. The “Hud” may not be the best announcer in the business, but his passion and enthusiasm for baseball and the Angels are endearing.
I hope the Angels treat Hudler the way they do the July 31 trade deadline each year: a lot of talk but no action.
