BOYS’ BASKETBALL
* Darren Moore, Chino Hills Ayala: Made four free throws in the final minute to finish with 20 points in a 54-50 victory over Mission Viejo Capistrano Valley in the championship game of the Cathedral City tournament.
* Clint Amberry, Los Alamitos: The tournament MVP had 19 points, 11 rebounds and five blocked shots in a 68-49 victory over Lakewood Mayfair in the championship game of the Long Beach Wilson tournament.
* Orlando Isais, Santa Ana Century: Scored 25 of his 26 points in the second half, including a three-point basket with three seconds left, in a 63-61 victory over Huntington Beach Ocean View in the third-place game of the Century tournament.
* Joseph Lalehzadeh, Irvine University: Made six three-point baskets and 12 of 13 free throws to finish with 38 points in a 90-70 victory over Santa Cruz in the fifth-place game of the Mountain View St. Francis tournament.
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL
* Florida Siaosi and Dominique Sterling, Hesperia Sultana: Siaosi scored 29 points and Sterling finished with a career-high 28 points and had 17 rebounds in a 68-53 victory over El Monte Arroyo in the third-place game of the Phelan Serrano tournament.
* Jeanette Pohlen, Brea Olinda: Finished with 13 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds in a 57-19 victory over Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna in the first round of the Naples (Fla.) Barron Collier tournament.
* Kim Rodriguez, Reseda: Scored 22 points and had a school-record 10 steals in a 74-38 victory over San Diego Crawford in a pool-play game of the Spring Valley Steele Canyon tournament.
* Toni McLin-Wilson, L.A. King-Drew: Scored 14 of her 18 points in the fourth quarter and had eight rebounds in a 53-37 victory over Woodland Hills Taft in the championship game of the L.A. Roosevelt tournament.
GIRLS’ WATER POLO
* Leah Robertson and Kally Lucas, Newport Harbor: Robertson scored three goals and Lucas had the other goal and two assists in a 4-3 victory over Corona del Mar in the Newport Harbor/Corona del Mar tournament championship game.
