Death Penalty Will Not Be Sought in Slayings

Prosecutors said Tuesday that they would not seek the death penalty against a motocross promoter charged with arranging the 1988 shooting deaths of race car driver Mickey Thompson and his wife, Trudy.
Michael Goodwin, 59, could face life in prison if convicted of the killings in Bradbury.
