The New York Stock Exchange must turn over to former Chairman Richard Grasso a report that prompted New York Atty. Gen. Eliot Spitzer’s lawsuit to recover $100 million of Grasso’s pay, a New York State judge ruled Tuesday. A motion to dismiss the suit was rejected.
