Man Admits Killing 8 Women, Prosecutors Say

Prosecutors in Peoria said that a former concrete worker had confessed to killing eight women -- dumping some along rural roads and burning the bodies of the others in a pit in his mother’s backyard.
The alleged confession by Larry Bright, 38, marks a significant breakthrough in a case that has rattled residents in the area since the bodies began turning up four years ago.
