A Good Reason to Stay Home to Watch Movies
In “AMC and Loews to Merge as Consolidation Continues” (June 22), we learned that movie theater attendance is down in part because of high ticket prices, a preference for watching DVDs at home and the annoyance of watching commercials in the theater.
Now we are forced to watch the same inane commercials in the movie theater that are thrust upon us on TV.
Why pay money and have to wade through trash to get at the content you paid for?
