The wide world of comics
I’m pleased to see serious consideration of comic strips in your most recent Book Review sections. In Angouleme, about two hours south of Paris, there is a museum of comic strips and a wonderful bookstore, which carries American classics such as “Blondie” and “Popeye” as well as international strips, especially French and Japanese.
