If you want to be a Hilton, this Brentwood home might be for you.

The property was first owned by Conrad Hilton, founder of Hilton Hotels, then Barron Hilton, co-chairman of Hilton Hotels Corp. and actress Paris Hilton’s grandfather.

The newly built house is in Brentwood Country Estates, a gated community developed by Barry Hilton, Paris’ uncle. He donated 142 acres to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and won approval to subdivide the remaining 98 acres into 13 lots. The development opened for sales in 1992.

About this house: It is the 13th and final property to come on the market. All except this lot have been sold and only one lot remains undeveloped. This home is on five acres, about 2 1/2 acres of which are level. The house, designed by architect Gus Duffy, is bordered by Santa Monica State Park and has a clear view of the Queen’s Necklace, the loop of homes that sparkle with lights at night around Santa Monica Bay. It is also the only home in the guarded enclave that is zoned for horses.
