‘Tarzan’ will reach Broadway
“Disney Presents Tarzan” will reach Broadway next spring, a spokesman for the production said Wednesday.
Phil Collins has expanded his score for Disney’s 1999 animated “Tarzan,” and David Henry Hwang (“M. Butterfly” and the recent “Flower Drum Song”) has adapted the screenplay. Bob Crowley will direct and design the sets and costumes.
Casting hasn’t been set.
