Mayor Hahn Served L.A. Residents Well
Though I find all this talk about Mayor James Hahn’s lack of “charisma” a distraction from the discussion of the real issues a mayor faces, I do accept that it is what is needed to capture the media’s attention and hence get the message to the public.
For the last four years, post9/11, Hahn has kept us safe and we have had relative harmony in the city. Now, I am wondering how did he do it? Was it his “invisibility” or “lack of charisma” that he used so successfully? I guess we will never know.
Hahn has indicated that he probably will not seek public office again after 24 years. I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Mayor Hahn for his service to the city.

I find it ridiculous that San Fernando voters turned on Mayor Hahn for successfully fighting secession. What Los Angeles mayor could possibly support such a drive without being a traitor to his mandate? Do these voters seriously expect Antonio Villaraigosa to do so?
