8 Men Found Dead in 4 Cars in Canada
SHEDDEN, Canada — The bodies of eight men were found Saturday inside four vehicles abandoned in a remote wooded area in rural Ontario.
Police were not disclosing details about the deaths, about 20 miles southwest of the city of London, except to say that four vehicles were involved, including a tow truck, and that the dead were all men.
“We’re not in a position to reveal how they were murdered,” Ontario Provincial Police Sgt. Dave Rektor said.
A farmer who owns the property where the bodies were found called the police and is not considered a suspect.
An aerial view showed the vehicles parked within 200 yards of one another, with the bodies still inside.
The Ontario coroner and the attorney general’s office declined to comment.
