Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards was hospitalized for a mild concussion after he reportedly fell out of a palm tree while vacationing in Fiji.
Richards, 62, was injured earlier in the week and flown to a New Zealand hospital, band spokeswoman Fran Curtis said in a statement.
The statement did not elaborate on his condition or explain how he was injured. But media reports in Australia and New Zealand said Richards fell out of a palm tree at an exclusive Fiji resort. One paper said that after the fall, he had a jet ski accident.
