Fan attacked at rock festival dies

A fan who was critically injured after a fight at Sunday’s Family Values tour stop at Atlanta’s Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheatre died Tuesday.

Andy Richardson, 30, had been on life support after being attacked by two men during the Deftones’ set on Sunday. Police said they have identified “persons of interest” but have made no arrests.

The group Korn, which founded the tour and was headlining it, said in a statement Wednesday: “Korn are appalled at the actions of these men and are imploring anyone who witnessed this senseless act or has any information about the attack to please immediately come forward.”
