Leader Says U.S. Just as Bad on Human Rights

Prime Minister Hun Sen said Cambodia’s human rights practices were no worse than those of the United States, which he said had severely curbed civil liberties in its war on terrorism, according to a letter he wrote.
Hun Sen has been criticized by the United States and other nations for jailing political opponents.
