Investor Envisions Vegas Sports Complex

Matt A. Rose, a Los Angeles real estate investor, said his privately held Ultimate Sports Entertainment Inc. had $92.8 million in escrow for 116 acres in North Las Vegas that he hopes to turn into a sports complex and resort.
The Ultimate Sports Resort aims to lure amateur, Olympic and professional sporting events to southern Nevada.
