Mail: There will be delivery; administrative offices are closed.
Libraries: Most are closed.
Banks: Most are open.
Public transportation: Orange County Transportation Authority buses and Metrolink trains are on their regular schedules.
Trash collection: Regular schedules apply.
Government: Most city, county and federal offices and courts are closed. Exceptions are Los Alamitos, Laguna Hills and San Clemente.
