Not the end: “Jericho,” a first-year series about the aftermath of a nuclear explosion in a small Kansas town, has been renewed by CBS for the full season.

Getting treatment: Former “Dynasty” star John Forsythe, 88, received treatment for colon cancer at an L.A. hospital this week, spokesman Harlan Boll said. He was expected to be released this weekend, Boll said.
