Owner Finds 3 Bodies, Including That of Her Husband, Inside Bar
A woman discovered three bodies, including that of her husband, when she arrived late Saturday morning at the Koreatown bar and restaurant she owns, a police spokesman said.
The victims, all in their 40s, died of gunshot wounds sometime after the 2 a.m. closing of Chinkuya, in the 3400 block of West 8th Street, said Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department. The woman reported the discovery about 11:15 a.m.
Police provided no further details about the shooting, which resulted in the closing of a block of 8th Street for much of the day. Officers had made no arrests as of late Saturday.
