Armchair journey to South America
THANKS for Scott Kraft’s article on his rapid-fire trip to Buenos Aires and Iguacu Falls [“South America in Widescreen,” Oct. 1]. I usually check the Where to Stay and Where to Eat listings before I read the article. Most of the time, it tells me if the writer travels in the real world. When I saw the high accommodation rates in Where to Stay, I was about to skip the article. But the picture of the falls shrouded in fog was intriguing.
In this story, I was carried along on what turned out to be a lot of fun and a great experience. Thank you for letting me sneak away for a few days to a place I have long wanted to visit.
